Snelling Staffing Services is seeking a Payroll Specialist ($16.00/hr+ Depending on experience) in Northwest San Antonio (I-10 and Wurzbach area). This is a temp-to-hire opportunity that pays weekly.
Duties:
- Process live payroll including live checks, direct deposit, garnishments, etc., through to completion
- Ensure all payrolls are processed completely and timely
- Maintain workflows and organizational systems used by the company – Trello, Google Drive, etc
- Assist with client issues, provide world-class customer service
- Assist Payroll Manager with special projects as assigned
- Process all data and work with a professional level of service and accuracy with minimal errors
- Meet deadlines as assigned by the Firm and as governed by law
- Previous payroll processing experience
- Proficient spoken and written English
- Punctual, meticulous, and reliable
- Courteous manners with the public
- High School diploma
Full-Time, Temp-to-Permanent
