Snelling Staffing is seeking a part-time, self-motivated Accounting Associate with extensive experience using Quickbooks Online (Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Payroll).
This person will be an expert in AP/AR with Quickbooks Online to manage the day-to-day demands of a local non-profit growing rapidly. This will initially be on a part-time basis depending on the volume of work. This is the ideal opportunity for the person already working part-time for a business using Quickbooks for accounts payable and receivables.
Qualifications:
- Quickbooks Online AP/AR detailing income and expenses to provide management with reporting for daily business decisions
- Payroll Processing (minimal)
Physical Setting:
- In-office. This is not a remote position.
Schedule:
- Mon, Wed, Thu 9:00am-5:00pm
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience using Quickbooks Online (Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable/Payroll).
