Certified Pharmacy Technician 

A family-owned and operated Pharmacy is looking for a Certified Pharmacy Technician to join their growing team! The hours for this position will be Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. or 10 a.m.-7 p.m., rotating Saturday 9 a.m.-3 p.m. once a month. 

$16.00-$19.00 Hourly Pay, dependent on experience 

Powell, Tennessee

The Certified Pharmacy Technician will be responsible for:

• Preparing medication and other healthcare products for patients
• Processing prescriptions using Frameworks computer software
• Taking prescriptions over the phone and maintaining a high level of attention to detail
• Labeling and recording dosage information
• Monitoring storage and inventory of medications and supplies
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our partnering communities

The Certified Pharmacy Technician will excel with:

• 3+ years of experience as a certified pharmacy technician
• Long-term care pharmacy experience is preferred, but not required
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
• Team oriented

The Certified Medical Technician will be rewarded with:

• $16.00-$19.00 hourly pay, dependent on experience
