FIELD SERVICE ENGINEER                               85% Travel Required 

A world leading OEM of automation and industrial robotics and fabrication machinery is hiring Field Service Engineer. The Field Service Engineer will install and service innovative CNC machine tool solutions at company and customer sites.  

Ohio - Candidate can be anywhere near major Airport in OH

Toledo, Cincinnati, or Columbus 

$27.00-$32.00 Hourly Pay + OT and Bonus and Profit Share! 

The Field Service Engineer will be responsible for: 

  • Installation and service of custom-engineered CNC machines at customer plants, including check-outs, set up, tooling, operation and programming.
  • Performing maintenance on machines as needed
  • Advising and assisting in the selection and ordering of tools and repair parts
  • Preparing and submitting service time and expense reports accurately
  • Maintaining excellent relationships with customers

  • Associates Degree, Technical school or Military Certification highly preferred
  • Minimum of 2+ years of machine tools maintenance or related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and laser systems
  • Knowledge of CNC machinery and programming (FANUC a plus)
  • Machine tool experience required
  • Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
  • Must be able to bend, crawl, sit, stand, crouch for extended periods of time.
Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
