Ecommerce Sales Support Specialist

$80,000 Annual Salary + Commission
A national leader in pet products is looking for an Ecommerce Sales Support Specialist to join their growing team! The eCommerce Sales Support Specialist will maintain consistent and accurate product information across the company website and retail partners.
The eCommerce Sales Support Specialist will be responsible for:
- Playing a key role in communicating with retailer partners, updating and enhancing merchandising content, and onboarding new products to retailer sites in support growth of the company
- Coordinating promotions, pricing changes, and issue escalations to retail partners
- Actively seeking out issues within company content and working to resolve them by submitting tickets in-retailer portals before they impact sales
- Uploading and monitoring enhanced content on retailer sites, such as product videos content on Amazon, Chewy & or Walmart Market
- Onboarding new products to retailer sites, and onboarding the catalog to new retailer partners as needed
- Implementing Shopify product updates
- Managing client relationships and delivering high-quality customer service
- $80,000 Base Annual salary

The eCommerce Sales Support Specialist will excel with:
- 3+ years in a similar role
- Experience using Amazon Seller Central.
- Experience selling on the Walmart marketplace
- Understand Google Ad campaign strategies (i.e. Pay per click - PPC account management), implement best practices, and communicate to the customer the value being driven by their Google campaigns
- Excellent oral and written skills
- Motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic
- Innovative, ideas-driven.
