Saw Operator

We are looking to add a Saw Operator to our Katy Texas location. The best candidates will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and live no more than 30 minutes from the facility.

Job description:

• Selects correct blade and programs the saw equipment
• Manipulates the raw materials, identifying each cut piece based on the order’s criteria
• Verifies correct stencil for the job prior to cutting each piece
• Accurately fills out all paperwork associated with the order
• Removes cut stock from machine and maintain production count
• Perform simple preventative maintenance of saw equipment as required
• Package finished product for shipping (boxing, labeling, shrink wrapping, ect)

Location: Katy, TX 77494

Shift: Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm

Pay: $15-$16 depending on experience

Requirements:

• Detail-oriented with a sense of urgency, and self-driven
• Computer literate, must know the basics of operating a computer to set up saw
• Able to pass drug test
• No felonies in the last 3 years, no violent felonies at any time
• High school diploma OR appropriate work experience
• Understand measuring tools and devices
• No more than 30 minutes from the job site in Katy, TX
