The Restoration Supervisor will have to have the ability to work Monday through Friday but must be willing to work overtime as needed as well as have a flexible schedule.
The Pay for this position is $20-22/HR. D.O.E

The Restoration Supervisor position must be filled as soon as possible. Interviews are held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Tuesdays through Fridays.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Report to the team leader
- Water job sales (final)
- As needed, explain the process and answer customer questions.
- Keep track of, communicate with, and respond to customer needs/concerns.
- Set clear expectations for water technicians and monitor their activities.
- Execute production processes as planned while maintaining quality control.
- To ensure the safety of occupants and workers, identify safety hazards, communicate with them, and implement control measures.
- Using MICA/Moisture Mapper, manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details.
- When possible, sketch jobs in Xactimate.
- Manage and control the cost of mitigation.
- Manage assets by properly protecting and utilizing equipment and materials.
Position Prerequisites:
- Effective oral and written communication as well as basic mathematical skills
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds on a regular basis, and up to 100 pounds with assistance on rare occasions
- Capability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, and work in cramped quarters (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
- Ability to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time
- Long-term ability to sit, stand, or walk for sustained periods of time
- Capable of pushing, pulling, lifting as well as carrying objects repeatedly.
- Strong understanding of cleaning products/chemicals
- Capable to work overtime and participate in an on-call rotation
- Able to successfully complete a background check successfully
- Requires you to have a clear background
- Control and monitor the cost of water mitigation.
- Protect and implement assets by properly protecting and deploying equipment and materials.

- You'll need to be capable of climbing ladders, function while working up high near ceilings, and work in tight spaces (e.g., crawls spaces, attics)
- Capacity to lift at least 50 pounds each day and the ability to lift 100 pounds with support on occasion,
- You must be able to work overtime as needed.
- To be eligible, you must be able to pass a background check and a drug test.
- Work with the crew to coordinate the warehouse/ground maintenance cleaning.
- Within 2 to 3 weeks, you will be able to sign up for medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Once offered a job, you will be paid weekly.
