Machine Operator

We're looking for a hardworking, dependable Machine Operator who doesn't mind working in the cold for our manufacturing plant in Sealy.Hourly pay is as follows: $15.50 an hour with the possibility of a raise to $17.00 an hour once hired on.

Job Responsibilities are as follows:

• Will be in charge of setting up and adjusting machinery as assigned in the manufacturing as well as packaging sectors.
• Able to ensure that all products meet requirements and standards as set forth by the employer.
• Required to have a basic understanding of tool operation.
• Setting up as well as modifying manufacturing and packing equipment as well as machines.
• Able to troubleshoot equipment as well as machinery problems
• Ability to accurately record averages and plots of sample fill on schedule as well as make modifications to equipment to ensure weights are within acceptable limits
• Inspection of in-feed and out-feed of products for appropriate quality standards.
• Capable of working well in a group setting.

Required to have a basic understanding of tool operation.
Additionally, its important to possess the ability to communicate in English. No matter if that is Verbally, reading or to write.
At least a year of experience in a Machine Operator position.

Experience in a food processing plant is preferred but not required.
