Temp possible temp to hire. Administrative Assistant working with the Operations Manager. The pay is $17.00 to $18.00 per hour. The hours we are looking at is 7am-3:30pm if possible with ½ hour lunch. They will be working in the office half the time and working in the plant half the time.
They would be required to have Microsoft office experience. They would be creating policies and implementing different projects.
They will be working closely with the Operations Manager. He will be coordinating with her on different spreadsheets and data that will need to be implemented to start new processes. They will not be working on the machines or anything in the plant like that. They will be pulling reports from the presses and other departments to compile information.
Going in the plant they will be taking pictures of the processes and will be working with the Technicians about processes on the floor. They will then go and write work instructions for the processes.
