Job Description:
Snelling Staffing has an immediate opening for a Sprinkler System Service Technician II in Panama City, FL. This facility is regularly sanitized and is following all social distancing guidelines.

To be considered, you must have a High School Diploma or GED and:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to be insured on company automobile insurance
• Acceptable background check
• BASA and FASA Certification
• 1 year in related fire protection industry OR 3 years’ experience in similar industry

Seeking a candidate that possess the below Skills and Abilities:

• Basic knowledge of code (NFPA 13,14,20,24,25)
• Intermediate knowledge of sprinkler head and hanger spacing, hazard classifications and obstructions
• Intermediate knowledge of different types of sprinkler systems such as wet, dry, and antifreeze systems
• Ability to read plans, specifications, proposals and technical manufacturer’s data
• Capable of installing underground
• Basic understanding of standpipe and fire pump systems installations and operation
• Complete simple work orders with little supervision
• Basic ability to manage personnel in the field
• Ability to interact with customers in a professional manner
• The ability to communicate in English
