Job Description:
Snelling Staffing has an immediate opening for a Personal Assistant / Caretaker in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. This company is seeking a candidate that has Butler, Concierge and an Administrative background. This facility is regularly sanitized and is following all social distancing guidelines.



To be considered, you must have a High School Diploma or GED and:

  • Previous Caregiving Experience is preferred
  • Ability to travel and work overtime as needed
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Submit to a drug screen
  • Clean Criminal Record (Prior convictions may not necessarily disqualify you from working for this company)

Daily Job Duties consists of:

  • Each morning starting coffee and preparing a light breakfast (fruit bowl, cereal)
  • Pickups of deliveries and deposits
  • Read out loud
  • Airport pickups
  • Oversee stretching program
  • Assist with returning emails
  • Short walks
  • Adjust tv/av problems
  • Limited clerical duties
  • Oversee beverage inventory
  • Maintain food inventory
  • Return phone calls
  • Do occasional overnight trips
  • Obtain lunch
  • Maintain Client vehicle
  • Responsible for keeping fresh flowers in house
  • Responsible for security system
  • Oversee fall prevention
  • Light dog responsibility ie purchase treats/walks
  • Make reservations and appointments
  • Coordinate matters with Operations Manager
  • Set up Zoom conferences
