  • Greet and welcome visitors in person and by phone in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer multiline phones and direct calls to the appropriate personnel and take accurate messages.
  • Receive, sort and distribute mail.
  • Maintain Directors Calendar.
  • Perform general clerical support for administration.
  • Maintain confidentiality and use a high degree of discretion when necessary.
  • Maintain reception area.
  • Monitor schedule and condition of the board room.



  • 2 years of administration and customer service experience
  • High School Diploma
  • Strong Customer Service orientation with the ability to manage details in a multitask environment
  • Strong written and oral communication skills including face to face and telephone interaction
  • Proficiency in MS Office product
