- Greet and welcome visitors in person and by phone in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer multiline phones and direct calls to the appropriate personnel and take accurate messages.
- Receive, sort and distribute mail.
- Maintain Directors Calendar.
- Perform general clerical support for administration.
- Maintain confidentiality and use a high degree of discretion when necessary.
- Maintain reception area.
- Monitor schedule and condition of the board room.
- 2 years of administration and customer service experience
- High School Diploma
- Strong Customer Service orientation with the ability to manage details in a multitask environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills including face to face and telephone interaction
- Proficiency in MS Office product
