- Welcome clients/guests in person and over the phone
- Function as the assistant to the staff
- Handle all phones - both incoming and outgoing calls as well as scanning, filing, and faxing
- Sending Appointment Reminders as needed maintaining calendars

- Strong written and oral communication skills including face to face and telephone interaction as well as the ability to draft business letters and emails
- Proficiency in MS Office products

- Some experience with CRM system to set appointment reminders and keep detailed notes on clients
