NECESSARY SKILLS: Good interpersonal and communication skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and multi-task. Reliable, organized, resourceful, and can follow directions. Must be punctual and dependable.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Material quoting, purchase orders, follow up with orders and deliveries, receive material in system. Knowledge of general accounting to assist bookkeeper. General administrative duties include answering phone, provide support to customers and employees, monitor supplies, maintain filing and document management. Assist accounting manager and other tasks as required.
Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour depending on experience Benefits: Benefits after 90 days of employment Employment Type: Full-time/Long term Hours: 7:30 - 4:00 / 1/2 hour lunch break, Monday - Friday Small office environment. (Willing to train on the material quoting and purchase order duties.)
