We are seeking an experienced optical Customer Service Representative to be the voice of Company
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a team environment, multi-tasking throughout the day and ensuring customer needs are met.
Call center experience required
Summary:
· Assist customers via telephone by answering order status questions,
· Resolving problems and/or issues relating to job orders,
· Tracking jobs
· Finding information for Rx’s in process, etc.
Primary Duties
· Answer incoming inquiry calls from customers in a professional manner
· Process Rx and stock orders accurately
· Address customer concerns regarding billing and services rendered
· Refer complaints of service failures to designated department managers for investigation
· Give estimated order completion times to customer
· Use tools supplied to communicate with internal and external customers (DVI Promise Report, Sales Force, email Rapid Response, DVI Job Notes, tracking deliveries)
· Keeps abreast of products availability and pricing
· Other miscellaneous duties as requested
- Call Center Experience Required
