Responsible for ensuring that manufacturing equipment is running efficiently at target line rates while minimizing downtime and line rejects. Assist in maintaining work force productivity and quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning, scheduling, and coordination of maintenance resources, parts, materials, and equipment access. Plan and coordinate all shutdown and maintenance activities performed in the Manufacturing Area. Creates and monitors predictive maintenance system. Identifies improvements and modifications to ensure standardization in addition to reducing mean time between failure and mean time to repair. |
| An equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may substitute.
HS Diploma/GED required or AD preferred. Ability to operate manufacturing equipment and perform minor troubleshooting and machine adjustments. Good math and writing skills. Detail oriented with excellent communication skills and quality conscious. Able to work quickly and under pressure. 2 to 5 years Production Operator Experience in pharmaceutical/FDA regulated facility or related field with exposure to the technical functionality of the equipment. |
