Assembler - 1st shift 7am-4:30pm M-F (every other Friday off)-Clearwater - $15-18-HR
General Responsibilities:
1. Performs a variety of assembly operations on complex units or sub-units of precision production parts and components involving precision fittings and tolerances.
2. Work is very meticulous and requires alertness and attentiveness.
3. Ability to use a wide variety of hand tools, semi-automated equipment, jigs, and fixtures.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Ability to work from blueprints, operation sheets, sketches,wiring diagrams, or verbal instructions.
2. Maintains records as required.
3. Performs other related duties as directed.
EDUCATION, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES:
1. High school diploma or equivalent education, training, and/orrelated work experience.
2. 0-2 years of direct related work experience in a manufacturing environment.
3. Ability to read and interpret operation sheets, routers, and blueprints.
SAFETY HAZARDS:
1. Works with power tools and equipment.
2. Requires the use of proper PPE when necessary
3. Completes Soldering, Polishing and Brazing when needed
PHYSICAL Requirements:
Restrictions are limited only by individual’s inability to perform essential job duties and where an unsafe condition would result for the individual or surrounding employees.
Required lifting weight: 35 lbs. Lifting Frequency: Daily
Bend, lift, sit and/or stand for long periods of time.
