Responsibilities:
Performing maintenance, repair, troubleshoot, and test of the Baggage HandlingSystem, Passenger Boarding Bridges and it’s associated components.
Provide accurate and timely written reports of safety, and operational andmaintenance issues.
Physical requirements may include, but are not limited to, lifting (50 pounds),bending, reaching, climbing, walking, crawling, standing, sitting, climbingstairs, speaking, sight, and/or hearing to complete the job duties.
Interpret data and suggest maintenance schedule/activity adjustments to theManager.
Update daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance activities schedule.
Order and maintain a stock of spare parts necessary for proper servicing of theBHS.
To ensure all Preventative and Predictive Maintenance practices and proceduresare scheduled and followed.
Performing Emergency repairs.
General cleanup of work areas.
Education / Knowledge / Experience
Electro-Electronics/Mechanical skills.
Excellent Customer Relationship skills.
Maintenance work flow training (scheduling, PM tasking, work order creation,etc…)
Adhering to safety regulations and safe work practices.
Basic skills involving organization, management, communication, computer, math,and reading schematics.
Must have driving license with clean MVR.
Ability to pass all background checks and security screenings per airportrequirements.
The ability to work varying 24 x 7 shifts and Holiday as determined bymanagement.
Experience: Entry, Mid, and Seniors Levels Available
Education Required: Associates Degree or equivalent experience
