Warehouse Associate

Position: Warehouse Associate (Shipping)

Job Type: Full Time; Temp-to-Hire

Locations: Charleston, SC 29492

Pay Rate: $18.00/hr [paid weekly]

Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (M-F)

Duties & Responsibilities: may include, but not limited to...

• Receive and track shipments
• Embark product in delivery trucks using appropriate tools
• Accommodate and carefully handle fragile product
• Track and document exact shipment arrival and departure times
• Tag and label products for shipping
• Label and stockpile product according to size, shape, and type.
• Box, wrap and pack product in accordance with relevant procedures and standards
• Prepare all orders for shipment
• Record and manage all impaired or damaged product items

Qualifications:

• 3-4 years of previous shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations experience
• High School diploma or GED required
• Detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours a day
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs. with reasonable accommodation
• Must have reliable transportation & possess a valid driver's license
