Position: Dispatcher (Logistics - Customer Service)

Job Type: Full Time; Temp-to-Hire

Location: North Charleston, SC 29405

Pay Rate: $13.00 - $15.00/hr [paid weekly]

Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Mon-Fri)

Responsibilities: may include, but not limited to, the following...

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints
• Provide information about the products and services
• Speak with supervisors or customers to resolve problems, requests for services
• Document and update customer records based on interactions
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
• Schedule and dispatch drivers/work crews to appropriate locations according to predetermined schedules, customer requests or immediate needs
• Relay information such as work orders or other messages to and from work crews and supervisors
• Prepare work orders for work crews and/or receive work orders from work crews
• Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
