Lead CNC Operator/ programmer

7am- 3:30 Monday- Friday

Essential Job Functions

• Proven experience as a machine operator.
• Working knowledge of diverse high-speed machinery and measurement tools (calipers, micrometers etc.)
• Set up tooling and fixtures on machines per drawing specifications.
• Establish set-up fixtures and or machining of first part to blue print requirements, then inspect and verify first part.
• Run production parts after set up
• Establish production standards and optimize production for maximum output while maintaining quality and blue print requirements
• Perform in process inspection and benching of part during machine cycle
• Complete all MO data (to aid in production efficacy)
• Maintain operation of multiple machines in the manufacturing area.
• Ability to effectively multi-task and respond to multiple job priorities simultaneously and aid in training of others.
• Compliance with safety standards and guidelines
• Maintain good housekeeping during all phases of production

• 12+ years CNC Machining experience with multi axis machines along with manual machining background..
• Knowledge of set-up and operation of CNC machines with excellent attention to detail
• Demonstrated ability to read and follow blueprints
• Physical requirements include: standing for long periods of time, and lifting up to 50 lbs
