Division Assistant, marketing & Corporate Relations Associate

Snelling is currently recruiting for an experience Division Assistant, Marketing & Corporate Relations Associate for a mental health facility in the Homewood area. Under the direction of the Director, Marketing & Corporate Relations (and/or such other individual as may be designated), this position is responsible for accurate and timely support of the Corporate Relations, Marketing, and Education & Training Divisions.  This is a permeant position with a starting pay rate of $19.00-24.00/hr, depending on experience.
 
Specific Duties:

Under the direction of the Director, Marketing & Corporate Relations and in cooperation with all other division personnel as deemed appropriate:
 
  1. Assist in preparation of professional and accurate marketing proposals, administrator guides and implementation materials, to include document preparation, printing, binding, assembly and delivery.
 
  1. Develop and maintain a shared Marketing and Corporate Relations division calendar, to include tracking and scheduling of potential exhibitor opportunities, client health fairs, and internal/external meetings.
 
  1. Responsible for event and conference registration, logistics, preparation of event materials and assisting in post-event follow up.
 
  1. Maintain information regarding promotional vendor selection, competitive prices and innovative products. Ensure organization and regular stock of all promotional and inventory materials.
 
  1. Plan, organize and ensure regular stock of all printed marketing materials. Maintain record of vendors responsible for each document. Periodically research vendors and costs.
 
  1. Coordinate with vendors the printing and delivery of client benefit and promotional materials, to include wallet cards, member guides, fact sheets, posters and other materials as requested. All benefit materials should be reviewed by the Director, Marketing & Corporate Relations before delivery to the client.
 
  1. Assist in the coordination of BHS events, including Client Advisory Committee meetings (CAC), Client Appreciation Night, Lunch ’N Learns, broker luncheons and other BHS-sponsored events. Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely materials and coordination of event logistics.
 
  1. Attend client health fairs and meetings as directed.
 
  1. Assist the Director, Marketing & Corporate Relations with the development, preparation and timely delivery of marketing, training and orientation materials as requested.
 
  1. Create and maintain internal files, documents and databases, to include comprehensive new/current client files, administrative documents, etc.
 
  1. Assist in on-going marketing efforts, including prospect research, content marketing and pipeline preparation/submission.
 
  1. Participate in seasonal projects, including the coordination of client Christmas gifts, Christmas cards, etc., as directed.
 
  1. Assist other divisions as requested in support services related to specific client contracts.
 
  1. Maintain corporate and departmental policies and procedures. Recommend new policies/procedures as deemed appropriate.
 
  1. Perform other related duties as directed or deemed appropriate. Attend meetings as requested.
 


Qualifications:
 
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field required
  • 3 years relevant experience required
  • Experience/involvement in healthcare environment, customer relations preferred
  • Excellent computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite) required
  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) and organization skills required
  • Positive attitude, professional demeanor and ability to effectively support multiple individuals and departments a must
