Production Packer

HireQuest Direct of Sioux Falls is looking for Production Packers for a local client! This is a temp-to-hire position with full-time hours.

Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Quality checking items produced at our site and correctly packaging them to ensure we can continue to deliver according to our high standards.
• Follow and support all Company safety, GMP, ISO, and HACCP policies
• Perform quality checks
• Safely and efficiently pack products
• Perform minor adjustments to production equipment
• Maintain good housekeeping

Requirements:

• High School or GED preferred
• Ability to use and read a ruler
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure
• Ability to read and interpret documents, safety rules, procedure manuals, and checklists
• Ability to accurately record details obtained during quality checks
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds/push or pull up to 100 pounds unassisted
• Ability to reach, kneel, crouch, bend or twist up to 66% of the work shift
