Business Manager--Oakland County
Manage the business of the company’s products and services for USA/Canada/Mexico.
Responsible for Equipment sales and customer support for USA/Canada/Mexico. Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues. Identify objectives, strategies, and action plans to improve short- and long-term sales and earnings. P&L responsible for the USA. Manage USA located personnel
Sales of PVD and CVD coating systems in coordination with Sales Teams
- Preparing regional market analysis and sales strategies.
- Identify new customers and opportunities.
- Implement sales strategy
- Translate customer requests into solutions.
- Advise customers
- Responsible for Equipment, Spare parts, and service sales in the USA.
- Management of 2 Field service engineers and 1 office manager.
- Execution of global CS strategy in cooperation with global manager CS.
- Representation at our networking events and technical conferences and trade shows.
- Present / Evaluate the performance of our USA locations on a periodic basis to the Board of Directors
- Part of the USA management team.
- Support in the operational setup.
- Reporting to the CEO
- Local responsible for cooperating governance and compliance
- Creating synergies with other companies in the USA
