Position: HVAC INSTALLER
We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and dependable HVAC Installer. This candidate will specialize in custom applications for issues related to A/C installations and/or change outs.
Job Duties: include but are not limited to the following.
• Perform installation of equipment according to manufacturer's specifications
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and assist with resolutions
• Maintain thorough knowledge of reading and understanding schematics
• Utilize mathematical skills in determining proper installation requirements
• Promote safe working conditions in accordance with OSHA
• Consistently strive for results that achieve standards of excellence
• Install A/C systems to county codes
These are temp to hire positions with benefits.
Job Requirements:
• Ability to successfully pass a drug screen, and background check.
• Valid Florida Driver License with a good driving record
• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum of (3) to (5) years of experience in related field
• Ability to differentiate between colors of wiring
• Good coordination be physically fit and have dexterity.
• Ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers.
• Positive self-starter who is coachable and willing to learn and expand personal knowledge.
• Must be able to regularly lift and /or move up to 50 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds.
