Customer Service Agent

Solar Company located in the Longwood area has new opening for a customer service position. This is not sales only service! You will be taking incoming calls, answering questions about the customers billing, and de-escalating complaints.

The ideal candidate will have:

* 1-2 years of experience with a Similar Customer service position
* Great phone etiquette
*Patience
*Active Listening Skills
*Ability to use all Microsoft office apps


Schedule is Monday to Friday 9-6pm

$15/hr.
