A well-established title company is looking for a Title Processor to join their growing team! The Title Processor will have experience in processing and closing for residential closings.
The Title Processor will be responsible for:
- Preparing title commitments and initial closing disclosures for review by the lender
- Obtaining HOA dues, payoffs, etc.
- Reviewing loan packages received from lenders
- Preparing loan packages for closings
- Closing transactions
- Shipping final closing packages to lenders
- Mailing payoffs and payments
- Preparing title policies
- Maintaining client accounts
The Title Processor will excel with:
- Prior title processing experience required.
- Office experience required
- High School Diploma required
- Some colleges in relevant fields preferred
- Strong SoftPro, Microsoft Word, and Microsoft excel literacy required
- Ability to multi-task while paying attention to details.
- Must work well in a team environment
- Having a positive attitude, friendly and enthusiastic personality
- Must maintain a professional, well-groomed appearance
- Demonstrated excellent attendance and punctuality
The Title Processor will be rewarded with:
