The Legal Receptionist will be responsible for:
- Answering multiple phones lines and helping greet clients as they come into the office.
- Taking payments
- Filing, faxing, scanning, and sending required documents.
- Maintaining contact with clients, current and potential.
- Maintaining client files
- Collecting payments
- Scheduling depositions, mediations, and court reporting’s, stocking office supplies
- Straightening up the conference rooms between meetings
- Coordinating calendars and schedules for attorneys.
- Working closely with the office manager, paralegal, and two attorneys.
- Eventually filing documents at the courthouses.
- Other duties as needed by attorneys.
The Legal Receptionist will excel with:
- Must be Vaccinated and wear a mask at all times
- Administrative/Clerical experience
- Legal experience a Plus
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Excellent dictation, typing, and computer skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word,Excel, Etc)
- Being organized with good written and oral communication skills.
- Professional appearance
- Ability to multitask, be flexible, and work well in a team environment
The Legal Receptionist will be rewarded with:
- $15.00 hourly pay
