Snelling is working on an New Receiving/Returns Coordinator 1st shift
Fantastic Temp to Hire Opportunity! Great Work Environment!
• Coordinate all inbound shipments on daily
• Receive and inspect inbound shipments for damage and verify correct quantities verses manifest quantities
• Report damages or shortages to the appropriate team and process/file discrepancies
• Match shipments to their associated purchase orders and enter receiving data. File all paperwork
• Schedule daily Deliveries when trucking companies call for appointments
• Perform daily yard checks every morning to confirm containers on site & send container reports by appropriate time
• Evaluate all containers to determine if they can be processed through SLAM, hand unloaded or given to ASW
• Assist in Domestic PO’s & Returns when applicable
• Handle all incoming packages and coordinate with office personnel, ensure delivery to recipient
• Help verify counts prior to shipping
• Coordinate with QC and Lead prior to loading
• Bill out Inventory from AS400 prior to receipts in SAP & PKMS. Receive inventory into SAP & PKMS
• Coordinate and organize all documentation from 3PL (Just Logistics..Etc.) transfers outgoing & incoming
• Track Unloading productivity
• Work with WAM RGA Dept when issues arise
• Complete general clerical duties including copying, scanning, and emailing
• 6:00am to 3:00pm with potential O.T.
Skills & Requirements:
• MUST HAVE at least 2yrs Logistics, shipping and/or receiving experience
• Strong computer skills: Word, Excel, AS400, SAP, PKMS and Outlook
• Prior experience in a distribution, warehouse, or other inventory handling environment
• Strong attention to detail. Strong Written and Verbal communication
• Basic math and organization skills, capable to work independently and within a team setting
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs as needed
• High School diploma or GED required Work Environment: This job operates in a professional warehouse office environment
