REMOTE - Temp to Hire!
- Support customer inquiries involving product availability, pricing, status of shipment
- Process customer orders received by Chat, Phone, Email, & Web
- Plan and coordinate product shipments, Process returns, credits, debits and adjustments
- Research, resolve and track customer orders regarding service issues, disputed invoices
- Support external and internal customer requests
- Maintain and update customer information, entering and updating data

- Hourly Rate commensurate with Experience
- Strong computer skills required: MS Office, Outlook, SAP experience preferred
- 1+ years Customer Service experience required
- Pharmaceutical Industry experience preferred
