REMOTE - Temp to Hire!

  • Support customer inquiries involving product availability, pricing, status of shipment
  • Process customer orders received by Chat, Phone, Email, & Web
  • Plan and coordinate product shipments, Process returns, credits, debits and adjustments
  • Research, resolve and track customer orders regarding service issues, disputed invoices
  • Support external and internal customer requests
  • Maintain and update customer information, entering and updating data
  • Benefit Options Available!
  • Hourly Rate commensurate with Experience



  • Strong computer skills required:  MS Office, Outlook, SAP experience preferred
  • 1+ years Customer Service experience required
  • Pharmaceutical Industry experience preferred
