Safety Manager

Seeking a Safety Manager for a well established company!

Job duties include:

• Develop, implement, enforce and maintain appropriate safety programs and controls to ensure workforce maintains highest possible level of safe working conditions
• Compliance with federal, state and local company policies
• Develop, schedule and perform safety related training for company employees
• Monitor any outsourcing of safety training
• Inspections & purchasing of safety equipment including selection of vendors
• Ensure proper repair and maintenance of all company safety equipment
• Maintain a consistent visible onsite presence
• Administer workers compensation claims and related issues
• Administer drug testing and compliance program
• Maintain company online safety program compliance database
• Administer and maintain compliance with all DOT rules and regulations
• Post accident investigations and drug testing procedures

• 7 years verifiable safety experience directly related with oilfield service companies
• High School Diploma / GED
• Applicants will be background and drug screened for this position
