Snelling Staffing Services is currently seeking Flower Lab Technicians for a local company in Kalamazoo, MI.

For the Flower Lab Technician positions, the company is seeking candidates that have great hand/eye dexterity, great attention to detail, and who are willing to contribute to the unique culture of the company!

Shift: 1st shift - 6:30am to 3:00pm

Responsibilities of the Flower Lab Technician:

Adhere to standards of process and procedures
Achieve production rates
Identify mutations in growth patterns
Detect infections
Handle instruments with appropriate technique

Requirements of the Flower Lab Technician:

Attention to detail
Hand/eye dexterity
Ability to maintain production rates
Hands must be sanitized at all times
No fake nails or nail polish
Must keep your lab bench clean at all times
