Inside Sales Representative

We have a full time direct hire inside sales representative opportunity with a industrial grating manufacturing company. This company offer medical, dental, and vision insurance as well as 401k and growth potential.

Location: 77029

Pay: 50-70k (depending on experience) + yearly performance based bonus

Responsibilities:

• provide support to outside sales team
• co-manage accounts
• taking orders and order entry, scheduling product deliveries, addressing delivery issues
• managing bid tracker
• managing/responding to website inquires
• contacting existing customers to sell product and communicate product availability
• prepare quotes, proposals, and product data
• review purchase orders for accuracy
• manage orders from inquiry to delivery

• at least 2 years of customer service or inside sales experience
• bachelor's degree or 5 years relevant work experience
• proficiency with Microsoft Office suits, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Professional demeanor
• ability to multitasks duties
• computer skills
