We are actively looking for a Recruiter to join our team. Ideal candidates are driven to meet customer and associate needs, team oriented and fun to be around. This Recruiter will focus on manufacturing & light industrial positions. We enjoy helping people find meaningful work and are looking for a like minded team member! Willing to consider full or part time for the right candidate.

Candidates who have previous experience in call centers or similar heavy customer service roles would thrive in this role!

Position Description:

• Identify candidates for open positions – using job boards, postings, referral sources etc.
• Calling/Recruiting applicants
• Scheduling interviews with candidates
• Interview and identify candidates’ skill sets
• Keep candidate and customer information up to date in recruitment software
