Order Pickers

JobSummary 

This position isresponsible for the picking,packing, staging goods for outbound shipment within our warehouse. In this role, you will be certified tooperate material handling equipment and RF mobile devices to facilitate themovement of good out of our distribution center.  These positions are 1st shift from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday. 

 PrincipleResponsibilities

 ·        Daily inspection of Material HandlingEquipment

·        Performs outbound order picking functionadhering to preferred methods

·        Inspects products for damage prior to picking to ensure customersatisfaction

·        Picks customer orders via RF Scanner onto a pallet for shipment

·        Performs general housekeeping inwarehouse

·        Performs other duties as assigned

An Order Picker willbe considered for promotional opportunities by demonstrating a strong workethic, being at work and on time while remaining productive throughout theirday. The next step for an Order Pickerwould include cross training in another function within Inbound or Outbound,additional RF mobile device training as well as certification on additionalmaterial handling equipment (Sit Down, Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, Walkie Rider, Etc)
