JOB SUMMARY
· THE MAINTENANCE ENGINEER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CONDUCTINGANALYSIS AND IMPROVEMENTS TO AVOID FAILURE DURING THE MANUFACTURING PROCESS
RESPONSIBILITIES
· CONDUCT WEEKLY ANALYSIS OF EQUIPMENT FAILURES.
· DEVELOP PMS FOR EQUIPMENT AND COMPONENTS.
· CONDUCT WEEKLY MEETINGS TO FOLLOW UP ON PENDING ISSUES AND COMMUNICATE THE IMPROVEMENTS.
· WORK CLOSELY WITH MAINTENANCE PLANNERS TO ENSURE ALL CRITICAL INFORMATION IS IN SAP.
· COORDINATE TRAINING TO IMPROVE THE KNOWLEDGE OF TECHNICIANS.
· DEVELOP IMPROVEMENTS IN THE PLANT FOR MAINTENANCE.
· DEVELOP NEW SYSTEMS AND PROCESSES TO IMPROVE UPTIME.
· PROVIDE TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO THE MANUFACTURING TEAM.
· IMPLEMENT THE RCM IN MAINTENANCE.
· WILL INTERACT WITH PROCUREMENT, MANUFACTURING ASSEMBLY AND OPERATIONS
· PREPARE PROJECT DOCUMENTATION INCLUDING RISK ASSESSMENTS, OPERATIONAL PROCEDURES, TEST PLANS, PRESENTATIONS, AND TECHNICAL MANUALS.
· CONDUCT KPI FOLLOW-UP.
· CONDUCT ALL TASKS TO A HIGH SAFETY STANDARD.
QUALIFICATIONS
· DEGREE IN MECHANICAL ENGINEERING OR RELATED FIELD
· FIVE (5) YEARS EXPERIENCE IN MAINTENANCE IN AN INDUSTRIAL PLANT
· KNOWLEDGE OF HYDRAULICS, PNEUMATIC, AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS
· EXCEL KNOWLEDGE
