Bilingual Recruiter

Snellinghas an immediate opening for a Recruiter in Bryan, TX. This positionwill be responsible for the recruitment and search process for lightindustrial/ administrative candidates. The Recruiter should be able to workindependently and demonstrate a proactive, problem-solving attitude. Job dutiesinclude:

• Screens applications and interviews candidates to determine candidate qualifications
• Pre-qualifies candidates through evaluation- testing
• Enters updates on a timely basis, accurate information in database of clients and candidates
• Makes daily phone calls to perspective candidates
• Places appropriate candidates to fulfill client requirements
• Compile reports from personnel databases
• Develops strong client and candidate relationships and maintains communication with both
• Tours facilities as necessary to properly match temporary employees, review safety issues and address employee relations issues
• Performs required marketing calls to market existing temporaries and clients and prospects and qualifies accounts
• Searches career websites to locate prospective candidates

Job Title Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of professional experience in a Customer Service position
• Medical experience and terminology preferred
• General knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Successfully prioritize and multitask
• Professional, attentive, and friendly
