Assembly
Snelling has immediate openings for first and second shift Assembly Positions in the Bessemer area. The Assembler is responsible for assembling components to support production schedules.
Pay for Assembly positions:
$15.50 per hour for 1st shift & $16.50 per hour for 2nd shift, with increases to come!!

Responsibilities for Assembly/Production:
- Able to use hand power tools such as drills and screw drivers
- Able to read and interpret blueprints and drawings/instructions a plus
- Experienced with a variety of industrial machinery/tools
- Assembly of parts and pieces according to specs
- Performs additional duties as required.
Skills and Requirements for Assembly/Production:
- 2-3 years’ experience in an Assembly and/or manufacturing
- Reliable transportation
- Strong desire for continued growth and learning
- Able to read prints and shop manuals
- Must be able to read a tape measure and use power/hand tools
