Job Description:
We are looking to hire a confident, driven, and bright business development professional to grow our client relationships. As a Business Development Associate you will be an integral part of corporate strategy around sales and marketing, and be responsible for driving growth into new accounts for the business. You will be conducting a myriad of warm and cold outreaches to build your pipeline to ultimately support a book of business that warrants your own team of Client Service Professionals. You will be required to make an active effort of networking at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events within your respective region.

Requirements:
· Undergraduate degree from a competitive university (Business Major preferred)
· Minimum 3.0 GPA
· 2-5 years’ sales experience (preferably within the investment community)
· Self-driven work ethic, and is able to think on his/her own regarding high level decisions
· Proven record of success within a sales role
· Strong social and communication skills
· Solid business acumen and familiarity with institutional investment community
· Competitive personality
