Pay Rate: Starting at $17.00 per hour
Railer: Positions and attaches the rails to the pontoon. Basic knowledge of power tools is required. Experience operating a power drill is preferred but not required. Frequent lifting will be a requirement along with climbing up on the boat, kneeling and bending down, and pushing boats through the shop. Must know how to read a tape measure and basic bending reading of a drawing/schematic is a plus.
Top Builder: Position installs and attaches the furniture to the pontoon. Basic knowledge of power tools is required. Experience operating a power drill is preferred but not required. Frequent lifting will be a requirement along with climbing up on the boat, kneeling and bending down, and pushing boats through the shop. Must know how to read a tape measure and basic bending reading of a drawing/schematic is a plus.
Helm wire: This position is responsible for installing and connecting electrical components in the helm. Basic wiring knowledge is a plus, can train the right individual. Must be detail-oriented and attentive. Basic knowledge of hand tools including wire stripper, power drills, and hand-saws. Must be able to crouch and sit in tight space for extended periods.
Wire person: This position is responsible for installing and connecting the wires that feed power to the boat's electrical components. Basic wiring knowledge is a plus, can train the right individual. Must be detail-oriented and attentive. Basic knowledge of hand tools including wire stripper, power drills, and hand saws. Must be able to crouch and sit in tight space for extended periods.
Furniture Prep: This person will be responsible for installing speakers, handles, and trash doors into furniture for the pontoon. Basic hand tool experience including pneumatic staple gun, wire stripper, and screwdrivers. Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand, sit, or crouch for extended periods.
Rail Bend: Cuts panels, installs them in rails, and bends to shape. Some wiring involved
Cutter: They must be able to read a tape measure and convert metric to standard in their head, a steady hand, and an eye for detail. Upper body strength is necessary.
Rail build: Upper body strength for lifting and placing rails, attention to detail, be able to read prints are helpful, someone experienced with the use of hand tools such as drills.
Gate Build: Attention to detail, be able to read prints is helpful, someone experienced with the use of hand tools such as drills.
Graphics: Installs paper and raised graphics onto rails and completed boats, this needs someone very detailed, Not very physical just tedious.
Bimini: Cut raw tubing, bend to shape, build components, some electrical connections are involved including soldering, not a lot of body strength required. Reading prints helpful.
Wheelbrating: Cleaning, sanding, sandblasting, measuring, packaging carts for shipment. This requires someone with paperwork, upper body strength, attention to detail, self-starter, eye for keeping machines maintained.
Decking: Responsible for framing, decking, and/or carpeting products. Job is physically demanding, requires employees to have full range motion and on feet all day. Must be able to use a tape measure. Familiar with hand and/or power tools. Must be able to lift up to 5O lbs. throughout the day.
Small Parts: Responsible for supplying basic cut and bent throughout the company by using plasma cutter CNC machines, punches, dies, and shears. Must be able to use a tape measure. CNC knowledge is preferred, but not required. Attention to details and quality. Must be able to lift up to 70 lbs. frequently. Must be able to work well as an individual as well as on a team. Computer experience is preferred, but not required. Experience with punches dies, and shears are preferred, but not required.
