HireQuest Direct in Saint Paul is hiring Plant Helper in the South Metro Area!
These are full time positions.

Pay Rate: Starting @ $19.00 per hour

Shift: 1st (4:45 am-5:00 pm) or 2nd (4:45 pm-5:00 pm)

Wear all required personal protective equipment and clothing

Work safely around moving equipment and hot metal

Maintain a clean and safe work environment at all times

Manually stack aluminum ingots, weighing 28 pounds each

Inspect finish product to ensure quality standards are met

Accurately weigh, record, mark, and band finished product to customer specifications

Safely operate forklifts

Perform other job duties as required or requested

Reliable transportation

Ability to pass a drug screen

Lift, carry, push or pull up to 50 lbs frequently and up to 100 lbs occasionally

Efficiently manage your time - excellent attendance is required

Positive attitude and the ability to work well independently and as a part of a team

Must be able to work extended periods of time in heat and cold as dictated by outside temperatures
