New Market Sales Professional:
Duties and Responsibilities
· You are responsible for scheduling your appointments, maintaining your CRM records, and customer follow up to close each sale.
Minimum of 60 new sales calls each week
Average of 5 Smash demonstrations each week
Average 6 or more new customer agreements each month - Minimum $4,000 in new business
Regularly attend industry association meetings and events to promote Smash My Trash
· Leads are not provided as a matter of course; this position is not inbound sales. With that said, as prospective customers call in for inquiries, you will be assigned customer opportunities.
· Your sales meetings will take place on the customer's premises. Local travel is expected. Demonstrations of our machines are extremely valuable.
· Utilize our marketing materials and presentations.
· Demonstrated comfort level in selling to mid-level management and occasional C-suite/business owner is a must.
· Represent our companies at appropriate association meetings, conferences, and trade shows.
· Preparing reports for sales and marketing tracking.
· Learn and utilize our CRM system and other technology. Keep good records.
· Accurate expense reporting
Skills and Specifications
Entry Level Sales position. Training Provided
Effective time management, organization and multi-tasking skills.
Demonstrated experience selling in a related field - shipping/freight/distribution, manufacturing, waste, etc. is a bonus.
Compensation Structure
Salary: $38,000-$45,000 based on relevant experience. Paid in bi-weekly payroll by direct deposit on the 5th and 20th
Commission and Bonus Plan to begin after the successful completion of our training program. Additional details to be provided in separate copy.
Business expenses paid via company expense process and American Express. Expense report and receipts to be submitted weekly for approval.
$300 car allowance per month
$50 cell phone allowance per month
Marketing materials and Laptop provided
10 days of paid vacation or personal time per year
