HireQuest Direct is searching for at our Branch Manager, office located in Myrtle Beach, SC. The Branch Manager is responsible for ensuring branch operations success and promoting the highest level of service and professionalism to all clients in a highly competitive, fast-paced environment. They will assist in the completion of branch operations including but not limited to morning dispatch, client support, evening payouts, and recruiting temporary workers. They may also be accountable for executing sales strategies to drive performance and increase profitability by making reactivation calls, prospecting calls, arrival calls, and collection calls.
- Direct and manage all branch operations.
- Drive revenue growth by implementing daily sales and marketing strategies.
- Supervise and direct your team’s workflow and assignments.
- Build relationships and provide effective and timely solutions to clients through exceptional customer service.
- Ensure quality recruitment and placement to our clients.
- Other duties as assigned.
