We are looking for an individual for the Finance office. Duties may include preparing and submitting forms, creating reports and spreadsheets, updating databases, ordering products, mailing checks, taking meeting minutes, assisting with provider applications, and tracking provider licenses, preparing mail, filing, assisting with accounts payable, assisting with insurance billing, and special projects as assigned.
Must be highly reliable and highly organized

Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must work equally independent and in a team
Proficient software skills
Ability to manage an Outlook calendar
Strong typing skills
Experience with office equipment such as fax machines, copiers and scanners
Basic mathematical skills
Basic knowledge of accounting and financial principles
Basic knowledge of accounts receivable and collection
Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize work effectively
Ability to work many projects simultaneously
Ability to work under pressure and time deadlines
Ability to work with clients and maintain confidentiality of information
