HireQuest Direct is searching for a Sales/Business Development Representative at our office located in Greensboro, NC. We are looking to hire an enthusiastic and driven Sales/Business Development Representative who is motivated, not only by making money, but also by helping people find meaningful employment. The Sales/Business Development Representative will sell staffing services to Construction Services, Warehouse Industries, and the Light Industrial Sector. We are looking for a team player who is self-motivated and has a great ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
The Sales/Business Development Representative position has an unlimited earning potential through our commission program. With a base salary the first year plus commission. There is a gas card and a business phone that will also be included in the compensation package.
- Previous experience in outside sales is not required. Willing to train the right person.

- Engage in new business development through prospecting, networking, and referrals.
- The ability to maintain and further develop accounts with existing clients.
- Compile lists of prospective customers for use as sales leads based on information from lead generating databases, newspapers, business directories, and other sources.
- Travel throughout assigned territory to call on regular and prospective customers to solicit orders and maintain good customer service in metro areas, as directed by management.
- Quote prices, quote credit terms, and prepare sales contracts/customer applications for orders maintained.
- Complete job site survey reports for all new and existing customer job sites.
- Prepare periodic sales report showing sales volume and potential sales.
- Record all customer and prospect contact information in proprietary software and transmit reports to management on a weekly basis.
