HireQuest is currently seeking a Staffing/Sales Specialist to join our team! You must be driven and a Go-Getter! This person is the front person for our employees and clients to see and speak with daily. You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to all to drive company revenue and employee pool.
A Staffing Specialist would take great pride in putting a strong emphasis on our customers and fulfilling their expectations and our branch needs- A strong Employee Pool. Responsibilities:
· Prospect and contact potential customers through Cold Calling
· Advertising job openings across multiple channels (e.g., job boards, careers pages, and social platforms.)
· Attending job fairs and organizing in-house recruitment events.
· Fill orders as they come in for the client (Last minute, Same Day, and next day)
· Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
· Successfully plan the day and work on the plan
· Data Processing, Input applicants in the system, E-Verify, and other Office duties
· Create an environment that is pleasant and inviting for employees, co-workers, and clients
· Heavy Phone lines
· Multi-Tasker, Decision Maker, and problem solver
· Interview employees to hire and make good decisions for clients based on client needs.
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in sales, Recruiting, Staffing, or other related fields to employment
· Familiarity with all Microsoft Products
· Ability to work any hours needed (Open availability)
· Strong Social Media Skills
· Strong negotiation skills
· Deadline and detail-oriented
