~High School education or equivalent
~Must be able to read, write and follow directions
~Must be reliable, motivated, willing and enthusiastic
~Ability to communicate and work well with others
~Able to stand or walk on concrete floor for an entire 8 hr shift
~Able to bend and lift 20 to 100 pounds
~Able to climb stairs
~Able to work in extreme temperatures(cold and hot)
~Able to work in noisy and dusty conditions
~Must have steel toe
