Now hiring for a full time Administrative position with a local building materials dealer! Hours: 8am - 5pm Monday-Friday
Duties include:
*Write and distribute emails and correspondence memos
*Submit proposals based on estimators notes
*Provide general support to salesmen
*Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook Calendars and Email in particular)
*Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
*Attention to detail and problem solving skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Go over submittals and be able to research online
*Be able to navigate through Adobe software
*General filing and admin duties
*Able to calculate simple math
Must be available full time, Monday through Friday. Must have reliable transportation . Must have at least 2 years experience in a similar roll.
