Construction laborer telecommunications outside

We have a few ENTRY LEVEL positions available. Our scope of work includes building tower foundations for large cellular companies,. We also install charging stations, pipe, conduit, and build access roads.
🔴Must be 18+
🔺Pre-Employment Physical, Drug Screening, & E-Verify required
Seeking laborer(s) who is willing and able to work in outdoor conditions 40+ hours a week.
Must know how to use a shovel, post hole diggers and other tools. 🚧
Position is an assistant position to our established crew.
🔹Job duties will change daily.🔹
Job Duties May include loading and unloading hay, pine straw, pipe, and other job materials. Assisting with a concrete pour, landscaping, fencing, digging ditches for utility location or for pipe installation. Spread gravel or spread hay, pick up debris, demolition, etc. Will be responsible for the preparation and maintenance of company trucks, retrieving job materials/items and assisting crew with installation AS DIRECTED. Most of all, you will be learning how to complete our jobs.
☀️ 95% of work is completed outside. ❄️
👕 Company provides branded tshirts and hats, all PPE, water, ice, and Gatorade.
🧳 Overnight and/or out of state travel is to be expected, up to 4 nights a week as needed, maybe less. (Sharing a room, unless employee pays for own room)
🍽 🏨 Company provides lodging and dinner allowance.
🍑 We cover GA, AL, North FL, SC :making every effort to have our crew home on Friday. Some Saturday work may be required, but extremely rare.

🔹 valid drivers license with clean driving record

🔺Will be required to take CPR/First Aid Awareness and OSHA courses.
