Administrative Assistant

HireQuest Direct is a staffing company whose core mission is to Positively Affect People's Lives!! We help match those in need of work to employers looking for the right/qualified candidate. The Staffing Coordinator position will assist the Branch Manager in the daily operations as well as serve as the "Face" of our business, as this position greets and assists new applicants. The applicant must be able to pass a drug and background screen.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist with daily operations
Provide superior customer service to Applicants, Employees, and Vendors
Perform daily and weekly payouts for our employees
Oversee the on-boarding process from the application to E-Verify and I-9 management
Assist the Branch Manager with recruiting for all staffing needs
Basic administrative duties as needed
Duties assigned by the Branch Manager as needed
